DenseMed Solutions recognizes the importance of safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI). When providing medical billing and revenue cycle management services, we are prepared to execute a Business Associate Agreement with our clients whenever required.
Our Responsibilities
We agree to:
- Protect all PHI received from clients.
- Use PHI only for authorized business purposes.
- Prevent unauthorized disclosure.
- Report any known security incidents when required.
- Ensure subcontractors maintain appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Return or securely destroy PHI upon termination of services when applicable.
Client Responsibilities
